I have this desktop PC that I bought a few months ago. I got a Optiquest 19″ LCD. I was initially in favor of CRT screens. Don’t ask me why. It might have been because I was always used to CRTs back home in India. Or becuase, in India, CRTs are wayy cheaper than LCDs. I hated the way LCDs showed up from different angles.
But when I received my 19″ widescreen monitor I changed my mind. Rather, the LCD changed my mind. As time passes, the screen seems to grow up on me. I grow more fond of the thing each day. Wide screens were always my favorite. The monitor also shows such true colors. I like how portable it is. I like it that the LCD doesn’t hurt/strain my eyes like my CRT back home. But, there seems to be more reason for this affection towards my monitor. Am I in love with it?
